We would like to share the latest information regarding the 401(k) contribution process.
At this time, Boon Group is working on processing member contributions. Please be aware that there is approximately a one-month reporting delay in how hours are submitted. For example:
February hours are reported in March
March hours are reported in April
April hours are reported in May
Once member hours and benefits are reviewed and processed, Boon Group handles the corresponding 401(k) contributions.
Contributions are reported on a monthly basis and may take up to 90 days to be fully processed and deposited into member accounts. After Boon Group completes its processing, the contributions are then finalized and reflected through Empower, the 401(k) plan administrator.
We understand that many members are monitoring their accounts closely, and we appreciate your patience as the reporting and processing cycle moves forward.
If additional information becomes available, we will provide updates as soon as possible.
